Delivery Information

Orders with the STANDARD DELIVERY (Recorded Mail) option selected will be delivered within the UK normally within 3 working days of dispatch. Goods shipped within the EU will normally be delivered within 10 working days and goods shipped to USA, non-EU Europe and the Rest of the World will normally be delivered within 15 working days of dispatch, in accordance with Royal Mail service stipulations.

All UK Recorded Mail options will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel at the specified address, the postman will leave a card detailing where the parcel can be collected or how to arrange a convenient redelivery. Any instruction given at the time of purchase asking for the item ‘to be left’ outside will be at the customers own risk and Uberkinky (Libertybelle UK Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage, loss or tampering of the parcel.

UK and EUROPEAN orders made with the EXPRESS DELIVERY option selected and that are received before 11 am (GMT) will be shipped from our warehouse the same day, provided that there is stock availability. Your order will be received within 48 hours from the dispatch date. Any orders placed after 11 am (GMT) will be dispatched from our Warehouse the following working day and will be received within 48 hours from the dispatch date.

Please note that due to courier restrictions, some areas of Scotland are unable to receive next day delivery. If your address falls within one of these zones, your order will arrive within two working days. USA and Rest of the World orders made using the EXPRESS DELIVERY option that are received by 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped from the warehouse the same day, provided there is stock availability. All such items will be received within 2 - 8 working days of the dispatch date.

Orders placed after 11 am (GMT) on a Thursday requesting EXPRESS DELIVERY, will not be processed until the following Monday morning as our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday or a Sunday. Any instruction given at the time of purchase asking for the item ‘to be left’ outside will be at the customers own risk and Uberkinky (Libertybelle UK Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage, loss or tampering of the parcel.

Please note EXPRESS DELIVERY is currently not available in the following countries: Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Sweden or Turkey. Couriers standardly deliver between 9am and 5pm. We cannot dispatch EXPRESS parcels to a PO BOX Address as a signature is required on arrival.

If all the products from your order aren’t available at the same UberKinky location (we have a few!), we’ll promptly send your items in multiple parcels to ensure you get everything as quickly as possible -so you can start having fun without delay. All split parcels are dispatched using the same recorded/tracked delivery service and are expected to arrive together. We'll email you to let you know if your order has been split.

All international orders are shipped using a fully tracked courier service with all customs duties and taxes paid in advance, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

For orders over 2kg or containing oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch. We never profit from shipping fees, they are purely to cover costs.

We don't like to play favourites here at UberKinky! But, when it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. Larger items or next day guaranteed items will be sent out via DPD. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep tabs on your order. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery. When picking UK Royal Mail 24 and 48 as the delivery method you will be given the opportunity to nominate a ‘safe place’ as your preferred delivery location for when you are not at home. When you place your order before 11am Monday to Thursday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery, we will do our best so that that your order will arrive on the next day, but we are dependant on DPD internal services.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on the next day, contact us and we'll issue you with a full postage refund. However, please bear in mind that if you order after 11am on a Thursday and choose next day delivery, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.
