Orders with the STANDARD DELIVERY (Recorded Mail) option selected will be delivered within the UK normally within 3 working days of dispatch. Goods shipped within the EU will normally be delivered within 10 working days and goods shipped to USA, non-EU Europe and the Rest of the World will normally be delivered within 15 working days of dispatch, in accordance with Royal Mail service stipulations.

All UK Recorded Mail options will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel at the specified address, the postman will leave a card detailing where the parcel can be collected or how to arrange a convenient redelivery. Any instruction given at the time of purchase asking for the item ‘to be left’ outside will be at the customers own risk and Uberkinky (Libertybelle UK Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage, loss or tampering of the parcel.

EXPRESS DELIVERY.

UK and EUROPEAN orders made with the EXPRESS DELIVERY option selected and that are received before 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped from our warehouse the same day, provided that there is stock availability. Your order will be received within 48 hours from the dispatch date. Any orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will be dispatched from our Warehouse the following working day and will be received within 48 hours from the dispatch date.

USA and Rest of the World orders made using the EXPRESS DELIVERY option that are received by 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped from the warehouse the same day, provided there is stock availability. All such items will be received within 2 - 8 working days of the dispatch date.

Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) on a Friday requesting EXPRESS DELIVERY, will not be processed until the following Monday morning as our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday or a Sunday. Any instruction given at the time of purchase asking for the item ‘to be left’ outside will be at the customers own risk and Uberkinky (Libertybelle UK Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage, loss or tampering of the parcel.

Please note EXPRESS DELIVERY is currently not available in the following countries: Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Sweden or Turkey. Couriers standardly deliver between 9am and 5pm. We cannot dispatch EXPRESS parcels to a PO BOX Address as a signature is required on arrival.

All International Shipments are sent on a TAX and DUTIES PAID couriered service and is FREE on Clonezone online orders over £149.99. This covers shipments of UP TO 2KG. For orders OVER 2KG or containing oversized items, we reserve the right to charge higher costs to cover the shipping fees. If this applies to your order, we will contact you. We never profit on shipping, its simply to fairly cover costs. All International Delivery orders are standardly received within 2-8 business days of the dispatch date.

We know that you guys can be very private people! As such, we promise that whatever you order will be just between us (and anyone you choose to share it with). There'll be no tell-tale signs of what's inside your package when it is delivered. In fact, the majority of items are boxed for optimum discretion, privacy and to give your package the protection it deserves. However, in cases where this is not possible we will use high strength, weather resistant, burst and puncture proof bags, to ensure that your secret never gets out!

We don't like to play favourites here at UberKinky! But, when it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. Larger items or next day guaranteed items will be sent out via DPD. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep tabs on your order. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery. When picking UK Royal Mail 24 and 48 as the delivery method you will be given the opportunity to nominate a ‘safe place’ as your preferred delivery location for when you are not at home. When you place your order before 12noon Monday to Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery, we will do our best so that that your order will arrive on the next day, but we aredependant on DPD internal services.

If you want your order to arrive on Saturday, you must place your order before 12noon on a Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on the next day, contact us and we'll issue you with a full postage refund. However, please bear in mind that if you order something after 12noon on a Friday and choose next day delivery, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.
