To use, we recommend warming up your lube before hand or GRINDER by running it under hot water first (a chill on your nuts can make your balls draw up towards your body).
If you have a high and tight sack, put your stretcher on in a warm shower or tub after your sack relaxes. Lubing the inside can also help your ballbag relax and gives the stretcher a chance to slide and adjust to your body shape.
