Great description but it was a total failure. Used it twice until the battery ran down on each occasion but it didn't get a result. Suction was not noticeable. Vibration could be felt on the outside but not on the inside where it battered. Stroking action could be seen working when looking inside but it had little effect. I have other similar devices that work as expected, as to avoid further disappointment with this one it was disposed of. Sorry I can't say anything positive as there was nothing positive about this device.
