This gag fills the mouth completely. It packs out the inner cavity and the gap between the teeth and lips, with the tongue held in a dedicated opening and a rigid bar locking it all in place.
It's moulded from soft silicone, so it stays comfortable through longer sessions. The silicone is food safe and rated for contact with skin and mucous membranes.
Speech drops to muffled, unarticulated sounds. Anyone familiar with the wearer can usually guess the meaning from the noises, and the breathing option makes those sounds a little easier to make out.
