Store upright or creases and imprints can become permanent.
Do not store next to or on vinyl or other rubbers with a strong oder as their plasticisers will harm the silicone.
Otherwise normal care for silicone applies.

Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and we will dispatch it the same day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day, usually Monday, excluding bank holidays. Even the UberKinky packing team needs time off occasionally.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty or damaged items receive a full refund. If the item is unsuitable or you change your mind, a small £2 postage deduction may apply.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging in a resaleable condition.
